When will I receive my order?

Physical products (books, booklets, etc.) are managed and shipped under print-on-demand.

Goodies, also print-on-demand, are made as soon as your order is received and shipped once ready.

Digital products are available immediately after purchase — simply follow the link provided after checkout.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return an unused physical product, in accordance with consumer protection rules.

Digital products are not refundable after download.
