Shipping and Returns

Les Éditions de la Sorcière Blanche is committed to making the purchase of our books and products as simple and transparent as possible. This page outlines the delivery and return terms for orders placed on sorciereblancheeditions.com or through our partners.

1. Product types

• Physical products: books, agendas, calendars, goodies, etc. printed on demand via our partners (Gelato, Printful, Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.).
• Digital products: ebooks and PDFs, delivered via download link sent by email after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart contents:

• Books and publications: €3.00 (minimum fixed rate for mainland France, in accordance with the Darcos law). For other countries, costs are calculated based on destination.
• Goodies only: €4.50 for orders under €59.00. Free shipping for orders €59.00 and above.
• Mixed cart (books + goodies): €3.00 (book rate applied).

3. Delivery of physical products

The following timelines are estimates after printing/preparation. They may vary depending on destination, season, and special options (e.g., dedication requests).

• Mainland France: approximately 3 to 7 working days after printing.
• Europe: approximately 5 to 10 working days after printing.
• Rest of the world: approximately 7 to 15 working days after printing.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout (on our store or the partner's). A tracking number is sent by email when available.

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are typically delivered immediately (or shortly after) payment confirmation, via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder before contacting us if you experience an unusually long delay after purchase confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal (physical products)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the physical product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Downloaded digital products are generally non-refundable after execution has begun, as provided for in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5.1. Return conditions

To be accepted, the physical product must be:

• unused and in good condition;
• returned in its original packaging if possible;
• returned within the legal timeframe after notifying withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective product.

5.2. How to proceed

1. Contact us at contact@sorciereblancheeditions.com and include your order number (important);
2. Indicate whether you want a refund or exchange;
3. Return the product to the address provided.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the compliant return.

6. Defective products or order errors

In case of a damaged, defective product, or obvious error on our part, please contact us quickly with photos and your order number. We will cover replacement or refund, as well as return shipping costs where applicable.
